*Stated delivery times are industry averages as provided by our carriers. These are not guaranteed times, just estimations.

*Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

*Please note that we do not check or cross check your event dates against delivery times for you. Orders now feed through an automation process sorted by standard vs express shipments. 

*Our Rule of Thumb: Non-Personalised Orders to Use Express Shipping 1 if your event is 10 or less  business days during order placement. Express Shipping 2 & 3 for personalised orders if event is 21 or less business days.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA) 

Standard Shipping

Australian Favors ships mostly with Australia Post's premium eParcel delivery service with tracking all the way to your shipping address. If delivery is missed, the item will be held at your nearest Australia Post outlet. We accept PO boxes. We also use other various couriers of despatch decides that it is more suitable and faster for your location.

If you would like the parcel to be dropped off at your house without a signatory, please note at comment box upon checkout that you would like us to give Australia Post or our other Couriers the "Authority to Leave". However, please note that we are not held responsible for lost parcels with this option.

A$9.99 flat rate, inclusive of GST. Applies to both non-personalized & personalized items.

Note that non-metropolitan areas take an extra few more days, and sometimes due to back log and busy seasons (e.g Christmas), your parcel might take a while to process in the warehouse & also take longer for couriers to deliver.

Express Shipping

Important Note: Rush & Express Shipping is only applicable if your postcode falls within Australia Post's Express Network. Please check your postcode in Australia Post's Express Network Page. Below Estimated time given is only an estimate. If your postcode falls outside of the network and you select Express Shipping, we will still rush your order on our side warehouse despatch, but the couriers may not be able to speed up the delivery process because they do not cover your area under express.

Express 1: Non-Personalized Items 
$28.99, delivery timeframe 1-3 working days within metropolitan areas.

This option does not apply to personalised items, only standard items (not personalised).

Our warehouse staff will drop all tools ensuring your parcel gets shipped out the following day or two with the fastest available courier service. Please ensure that items are in stock before you select this option. Australian Favor's responsibility is passed on to the couriers as soon as items are collected by them and does not bear any responsibility for the items to reach you on your event date if any delays are caused by the couriers. 

Express 2 : Personalized Items (Tags / Stickers / Stationeries / Flat Items)
$39.99, delivery timeframe 5-9 working days within metropolitan areas. Allow another 2 days for regional areas.

Express 3 : Personalized Items (Engraved / Banners / Buntings / Large Items)
$59.99, delivery timeframe 5-9 working days within metropolitan areas. Allow another 2 days for regional areas.
  


 

Pre-Order Status Items

"Email us at customercare@australianfavors.com.au or chat with us using our Live Chat Support located at the bottom right corner of this very screen, and we will notify you of the delivery times. Recommended time frame to allow for these items once we have been notified is around 3-5 months. If your event date is more than 3-4 months ahead, you may also choose to proceed with the purchase of your items and our staff will contact you regarding estimated delivery times"

 


 

Self Pick-Up (Victoria) (This Option is Temporarily Unavailable)

You can opt to pick-up your items at our Victoria Warehouse in Campbellfield, 3061 from Monday - Wednesday: 10am - 3pm, Thursday - Friday: 10am - 1pm AEST. You will be contacted via email informing you of the time your parcel will be made ready and be given the store address. This could range within 1-5 working days. If you require urgent pick-ups, please contact us via Live Chat, Email or Phone prior to coming to our warehouse to ensure that your item is in stock and ready for pick up.

 


 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

Standard Shipping

Shipping Rates

All international parcels will be shipped using Australia Post or DHL.
Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout based on parcel weight and dimensions, please note that this is Rates for International Standard Shipping.
Please note that international shipping quoted upon checkout is the best estimate we are able to provide. If necessary, you might be contacted for top-up.
However, we will try our best to keep the shipping cost estimates as accurate as possible.

Please note that we do not check or cross check your event dates against delivery times for you. Orders feed through an automation despatch process sorted by standard vs express shipments. It is your responsibility & discretion to select the appropriate shipping methods. Note that processing & dispatch times vary depending on the item. As a rule of thumb (not a guarantee), please allow warehouse 2-3 working days to despatch your items if they are shown as in stock. 

Delivery times are estimated through our experience with the courier companies, always take our estimated time indications with discretion (consider them as a rule of thumb, they are not a guarantee) and allow extra time because once the courier collects your parcel from us, we cannot control their delivery arrangements. Some days will see large volume of orders and thus dispatch time may delay, although we strive to keep in mind your event date. If your order is urgent, we strongly recommend Express Shipping. It is best not to leave ordering at the last minute as it will save you money on Express Shipping, not to mention stress for us and you! 

In some circumstances that your order's courier fee is extremely high, we will contact you to discuss payment of extra shipping charges.  You can opt for a full refund at anytime without hassle if you do not wish to proceed with your order due to the extra shipping charges.
